Can I get a demo of an arketiks app?
Yes, you can get a demonstration of the application by filling out the form available on the page of the application you wish to try.
Can I be refunded if I am not satisfied?
The demonstration of each application arketiks is planned to allow you to test it before any purchase. In this sense we do not offer a refund if our product does not meet your expectations. However, when you take a monthly subscription, you can cancel it for the end of each month.

Do I have to do anything to activate an arketiks app?
After paying a subscription, you will receive within 2 business days your access to connect to the arketiks application you have chosen.
What happens if I do not have an Internet connection?
You need a reliable internet connection to use arketiks.

What does an arketiks app subscription mean?
Arketiks applications are available online, through your browser. When you subscribe to an arketiks application, an access is opened to you and unlocks the features of the application. When you cancel your subscription, your access is closed.
Which arketiks applications are available as a subscription?
The arketiks suite now consists of 3 applications:
- Arketiks Motion: Add interactive elements to your videos and edit them in SCORM
- Arketiks Quiz: Creation of export quizzes in SCORM
- Arketiks Learn: Online Training Platform
Do I need to install a software on my computer to use an arketiks application?
Arketiks applications are hosted in a cloud and therefore do not require the installation of software. All you need is a good internet connection and a recent browser
I am currently using a 10-day trial version. Can I convert to a subscription?
At any time you can convert the evaluation version into an arketiks subscription, do not hesitate to contact us if necessary.
When I buy a subscription on arketiks.com, do I receive the software by e-mail?
When you purchase a subscription for an arketiks application, you will receive by email, within 48 hours, access to log in and get to the application. Time to check your payment information.
What is included in my subscription to arketiks applications?
Arketiks app subscriptions include:
- Access 24/7 to the chosen application via your internet browser
- Online support by email
- Storage of your projets (limitation of 1 tera-octet per application)
What subscription packages are available?
The subscription packages available are monthly and yearly. A price reduction is proposed for annual subscriptions.
How am I charged for the subscription plan?
When you buy a subscription plan, you pay in advance for the first period. On the 30th day (for monthly subscriptions) and at the end of one year (for annual subscriptions), we charge your credit card (used for the first payment) the same amount to open your access rights to the period next.
Are there different payment options for applications subscription?
Only credit card payments are allowed for an individual subscription of an arketiks application.
For larger orders (> 5 licenses) it is possible to pay by bank transfer. For that, you just have to contact the commercial team: contact@arketiks.com to make the request.
In which languages are the arketiks applications available?

When does my subscription begin?
Your subscription starts as soon as the payment is valid, which can take up to two business days depending on the credit card.
If I subscribe to several applications, do I have an login for each subscribed application?
Your login arketiks is personal and unique. You do not need multiple credentials if you subscribe to multiple arketiks applications
What are the terms and conditions of the subscription to arketiks applications?

On how many computers can I install the arketiks application I subscribed to?
You can access arketiks’s applications from any computer through an internet browser. All you have to do is bring your login and password to access your arketiks projects.
Can I cancel my annual subscription? If yes, how ?
The annual subscription can be canceled at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the one-year period. The annual subscription justifying a discount on the application, the reimbursement of the current year is not possible.
If I want to reuse my subscription, can I do it at any time?
You can reuse your arketiks subscription at any time. However, for technical reasons, when you do not renew your subscription, we remove your access and therefore the content related to your access. You will need to save your arketiks projects on your own computer.
My subscription has expired. How can I renew it?
The arketiks renewal is automatic. However, it is possible that your payment method has expired. Update your payment information to restart your subscription.
If I cancel my subscription, can I continue to use my application?
When the end of your subscription takes effect (at the end of the current month for monthly subscriptions and at the end of the current year for annual subscriptions) you have 15 days of additional access to log in and retrieve your arketiks projects. During this period, the registration function of the arketiks application is disabled; you cannot use the application to create new projects.
How will I receive updates for applications I have subscribed to?
Arketiks applications are regularly updated. Updates are effective directly in your browser without any action required on your part. Significant updates are the subject of an email communication that will explain the novelties.

What types of multimedia content can I include in my Motion arketiks projects ?
You can import content from a variety of formats, including image formats (GIF, JPEG, PNG), audio formats (MP3 and WAV), and known animation and video formats (MP4, AVI and MOV).
Are applications arketiks compatible with Learning Management Systems (LMS)?
Yes. Motion and Quiz arketiks apps integrate with LMS compatible with SCORM 2004 and SCORM 1.2
Is it possible to import Microsoft PowerPoint projects into the Motion arketiks app?
Yes. You can import slides created in Microsoft PowerPoint. The import must then be in the form of an image
Are the applications compatible with Microsoft Windows and Mac OS?
Arketiks applications are web applications, which mean that you can always access them on Windows and Mac OS through your web browser.
However, with some browsers, such as Internet Explorer, whose version is not recent, you may face some problems.
In addition, the performance of computers can impact the speed of applications.
